ServSafe is the food service industry's premier food safety training and certification course. This class consists of five sections: Basic Food Safety, Personal Hygiene, Cross-Contamination and Allergens, Time & Temperature, and Cleaning & Sanitation. Upon passing a short assessment at the end of the course, you will receive your ServSafe Food Handlers Certificate of Achievement.
