Learn how to make a mesh wreath with deco mesh and wire-edged ribbon using simple steps. Use pipe cleaners, mesh bows, ribbon, and a sign to make a welcoming wreath. Ribbon, mesh, zip ties, pipe cleaners provided to make a patriotic wreath just in time for July 4th.
