Come join us in a group effort to unwind the nervous system, reduce muscle tension and reconnect to self through breath and body movements. Yoga is a practice of quieting the mind to allow our true healing abilities to come forth in realigning our physical, emotional, and mental health and well-being. Prepaid series of 5 classes can be purchased at the College for $55. All skill levels are welcome. Mats will be provided or bring your own mat. There are a limited number of spaces, and we look forward to seeing you on the mat.
