This six-week class is designed to educate and empower students to use and interact with a wide variety of workout equipment. All students will receive instruction in a wide variety of exercises to help them customize a workout routine appropriate for their fitness level outside of the class. Feel comfortable and confident learning proper mechanics and working out in a weight room only open to this class.
