With the passage of the Constitutional Carry Bill, any person, other than a minor or a prohibited person, can carry a concealed handgun in Nebraska. Participants will learn gun safety fundamentals, how to handle and shoot a gun utilizing milo scenario technology and build confidence in a non-judgmental atmosphere.
