If you are a seller, it will inform you on what should be done to help with the curb appeal, and to stay as close to current on local codes as possible to keep violations found during inspection to a minimum. If you are purchasing, then this class will help you understand what you should be looking for, and if any violations or short cuts have been performed. Many people flip houses these days, but not everyone knows what they are doing, don't get caught buying a lemon, or doing heavy damage trying to improve the curb appeal. $25 per person.
