Making your own spice blends is a win-win idea that gives your food a pop of flavor while reducing sodium. Many store-bought spice blends are high in sodium, plus, making your own allows flavor changes according to your family preferences. This class will show how to mix your own basic spice blends at home, including Mexican, ranch and Italian seasoning mix, and recipes for a few others.
