Come learn with us about Sourdough! This class will teach you about sourdough origin, the benefits of sourdough, terminology used when making sourdough, and tips and tricks and recipes. The instructor will demonstrate how to feed the starter, mix the dough, shape a loaf, and score a loaf. The registration fee will include an active starter and a blade for scoring. Students will need to bring a pint jar with a lid to take home the starter. They also need to bring a spoon or spatula that is long and skinny enough to reach the bottom of the jar in order to stir their starter.
