Fear, hope, and drama--all were riding the Orphan Train from 1854-1929, Nearly a quarter of a million children were relocated from the East to find new homes out west. We cannot possibly deal with 250,000 individual stories, but we will look at the Orphan Train movement and some of the literature it inspired. Ride the rails for a look at a fascinating chapter in American history. Zoom and on-sight available.
