Everyday Tai Chi

Tai Chi can be a positive start for your journey to improving health & overall well-being. Tai Chi is a sequence of slow gentle movements strung together, each flowing into the next. It's enjoyable, has many health benefits, & may include flexibility, balance, and reduce blood pressure, tension & stress. This short set of forms is a great for everyday and a good introduction for those new to Tai Chi or add to your current practice. Includes warm ups & cool downs. Wear loose comfortable clothes & flat shoes suitable for exercise. As always, check with your doctor as you would with starting any form of exercise.
