Come learn with us about Sourdough!!! This class will teach you about sourdough's origin, the benefits of sourdough, terminology used when making sourdough, tips and tricks and recipes. The registration fee will include an active starter, a blade for scoring, and access to the instructor's "support" group on Facebook to post progress, questions and additional recipes. Instructor will demonstrate how to mix the dough, shape a loaf, and score a loaf. Students will need to bring a pint jar with a lid to take home the starter.
