This class will begin by teaching the basics of Sourdough Focaccia. After a quick demonstration of how to make Sourdough Focaccia, you will get to decorate one savory pan of Focaccia and one sweet pan of focaccia to take home and bake. A wide variety of vegetables and herbs will be provided to decorate your artisan focaccia. You will get to choose from three different sweet flavor combinations for a dessert pan. Pre-registration is required for this class.
