The Johnson family has been making small batch vinegars since 2008 in their straw bale vinegary in the Sandhills of Nebraska. Come and listen to the stsory of George Paul Vinegar and the correlation they have with the neighboring vineyard/wine making company and then enjoy a tasting of some of their world famous vinegars (with bread, of course!)
